Agreement

These terms govern your use of https://circleelectricals.com and any purchase made through it. By using the site or placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Circle Electricals is registered at Circle Electricals, 504, Seven Jewels, Near Bhavsar Petrol Pump, Vapi, Valsad, Gujarat, India - 396191.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in India to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

Products and descriptions

We take care to describe our products accurately and to show them faithfully. Product photography is illustrative; colours may vary slightly between screens. Specifications may change as products are improved, and we reserve the right to alter or withdraw a product without notice.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice, but a change will not affect an order already accepted. If a product is listed at an incorrect price we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Offers and coupons

• Only one promotional coupon/discount code can be redeemed per order.
• Spin & Win coupons cannot be combined with any other promotional discount, including the UPI payment discount.
• The additional 5% UPI discount is applicable only when no other promotional coupon is used.
• Free shipping is applicable on orders above ₹1,500 and may be availed along with eligible offers.
• Each Spin & Win coupon can be redeemed only once per customer.
• Other terms and conditions may apply.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. Until then we may decline an order, including where stock is unavailable, where a payment cannot be verified, or where we suspect fraud or resale in breach of these terms.

Warranty

Products carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover physical damage, water ingress, misuse, unauthorized repair or modification, use outside the rated load, or damage caused by faulty wiring at the premises.

Safe use

Our products are electrical goods and must be used in accordance with the instructions and the load rating printed on them. Do not exceed the rated load, do not chain extension boards together, and do not use a damaged board or cable. High-draw appliances should be connected directly to a dedicated wall socket.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, product photography, logos and design, belongs to Circle Electricals or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a product or an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
