Shipping Policy

Delivery charges

Shipping is free on all orders above ₹1,500. For orders at or below that value, a flat delivery charge of ₹40 applies and is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden charges added after payment.

Dispatch timelines

Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on a Sunday or public holiday, are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery timelines

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can be delayed by weather, strikes, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

• Metro cities: typically 2-4 working days from dispatch.
• Other cities and towns: typically 4-7 working days from dispatch.
• Remote and rural PIN codes: may take longer depending on courier coverage.

Coverage

We deliver across India to all PIN codes serviceable by our courier partners. If your PIN code is not serviceable you will be told at checkout, before any payment is taken. We do not currently ship internationally.

Tracking your order

You will receive a tracking number by SMS and email once your order is dispatched. Enter it on our Track Order page to see the latest status. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

Failed delivery attempts

Our courier partners will normally attempt delivery up to three times. If all attempts fail, the shipment is returned to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund. Redelivery may attract a further delivery charge.

Damaged or missing shipments

If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery where possible and tell us the same day. If you discover damage after opening, contact support@circleelectricals.com or +91 78309 99945 within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and the packaging, and we will replace it at no cost to you.
