  • Delivery and billing addresses needed to fulfil an order.
  • Order and warranty records, including product serial numbers and dates of purchase.
  • Technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected automatically to keep the site secure and working correctly.

What we do not collect

We do not collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking credentials. Payments are handled entirely by our payment gateway partner on their own secure infrastructure.

  • To process, fulfil and deliver your orders, and to keep you informed about them.
  • To register products and administer warranty claims.
  • To respond to support, dealer and corporate gifting enquiries.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who need it to do their job for us: courier and logistics partners for delivery, payment gateways for processing payments, and email service providers for transactional messages. How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are retained for the period required by Indian tax law. Warranty registrations are retained for the 2-year warranty period, plus a reasonable margin for claims. Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any follow-up.
